    Finally cleaned the porch- BEWARE- bird poo ahead!!

    Boomer looked at me yesterday...

    ...and he said "Meowmie, this porch is a wreck, stop waiting for the contractor to do it and just clean this up already!!"
    And how could I refuse that sweet little face?

    So I said, "Ok, Boomer, but first lets take a picture of all the nasties that I'm about to muck through"

    and Boomer said "Ha Ha meowmie, you'll never get through all that in one day! You might as well just take a nap!"

    And I said, "No, Boomer, Meowmie can do it, just you wait and see!!"
    And so it began- it was tougher than I thought it would be, and ABSOLUTELY disgusting! But thankfully I had Boomer along to inspect my work every step on the way.


    A sore back, dirty feet, and countless buckets of water hauled from the bathtub later- VICTORY over the bird poo!

    So I finish and I'm dirty and sore and stinky and carrying who knows what sort of bacteria- even though I was wearing vinyl gloves and washed my feet a million times- and Paul gets home. and he has the gall to LAUGH at me!!! LAUGHTER!! What does he think is so funny? So he takes a picture of me- and I look at it- and I laugh too... what do you think?

    Great job!!

    I put bird seed outside my back window to give Ally and Connor a "Cat TV" and I have to clean the bird poops as well! I use a high pressure Karcher cleaner.

    You could also try using VERY hot / boiling water for the first few buckets - it comes off much quicker that way!

    Nice pics - nice to see Boomer was a very helpful supervisor!!

    Yikes, what a mess indeed! I wonder if there is something you can put up on the roof ledge there to keep the birds away? I sure wouldn't want to deal with that clean up job again!!!
