OK, I never realized most cats do not have eyelashes!

Mine have... well, kind of! LOL
here's Luna:
Lily's were really long when she was a kitten, but you can still see them a bit:

They don't really have eyelashes per se, but they do have eye-brows - sort of like whiskers up-top their heads. Mitzi's are short and curly just like her; Mishi's are long like his whiskers, his body, his tail, his arms, legs,
That's right, most cats don't have eyelashes, but Lucas DOES. But I do not have a camera capable of taking close-ups like that.
.
LOL after reading this thread, I went around checking all 4 cats to see if they have any eyelashes and they only one that seems to have them is Mooky.

Because that is one thing I have definitely NOTICED on Angel! I think it's one of the things that set her eyes off so much! Now I have the task of trying to PROVE it!!!

But our camera flashes too much so I can rarely get a pic of him close up with his eyes open!!

Cubby has eyelashes, he has always had them. When I get home I will try to take a picture of them for you. If I can.

Tubby has eyelashes too. Sometimes I tell him he is just so pretty with his little eyelashes. ;-) Guess I'll have to try and get pics too, which might be kinda hard since everything is black. I guess I've never really looked to see if Peanut has them, but I'm on it!

I finally got some pics of Tubby's eyelashes. If you can't see them let me know and I'll circle them on the pics. But they are definitely different than just his hair. They do sort of go over the eye to protect it. He's such a baby doll sometimes.
Peanut doesn't really have them like Tubby. It sort of looks like she has them, but I think it's just her hair. Anyway, I couldn't leave her out of the picture posting.
In the second one of Tubby, doesn't he look like he's trying to be coy? Oh Samanthaaaaaa......
