    LOLOL,

Of course, the France Family has to keep the scnadals down to a minimum.

"Cheating is o.k., until you get caught...."

(And the JR. wins at daytona seemed to be a little gratuitous....)

    Thanks for the info!

Ok, ok, Nascar "fanatics." Is that better?

Thanks, Ryan Newman it is! Ok, now for the rest of the story, which you guys probably don't care about anyway....

On Friday we toured the American Coach factory where our motorhome was made in Decatur, IN. The highest end coach they offer is a Heritage - 45' long, tag axle, extremely high end components throughout, new "average" ones go for around $700,000.00. Needless to say they don't make too many of these, and Terry drools profusely everytime he sees one. Well, there was one on the line as we toured the factory. It was almost done and was in the final buffing stage in the paint booth. The reason I asked the "colors" of the driver is because this coach was basically white with some blue and black graphics. When I saw Ryan Newman's car, I knew immediately it was his! Oh, and the only thing the tour guide would tell us is it belonged to "an Indiana Nascar driver."

So there you go. Ryan Newman hangs out in an American Heritage while he's at the track - cool! Maybe he'll want to get rid of it in about 5 years and Terry can buy it for a measly $300,000.00! NOT!!!

Thanks for the info and sorry for the extended explanation....

Well someone had mentioned Jeff Gordon because I guess he was born somewhere else but now lives in Indiana? And I thought he might be it because he does have blue on his car too (I think), but when I saw Ryan Newman's car, I knew it was him. The paint scheme is as similar as you can get transferrring from a 12' or so car to a 45' motorhome. It was even the same shade of blue!

Richard I have to agree...seeing I am a fan of the #38 Elliott Sadler.....I was up from my seat for the last 20 or so laps of the race...it almost got to the point where I could not look, I was too afraid that Kasey was going to get a better run on him and win.

I am so happy to see the #38 in VICTORY LANE!!!!!

Not only was this a big day for Mark Martin but was for my son and son-in-law as well. They got to be on TV in a few of the Victory Lane shots standing right behind Mark Martin. They were in the group wearing the MBNA hats and shirts and had been working Dover for the entire weekend. I know it will take my son about a week to come down off of the high from seeing so many racers up close and personal.

And across the pond, on the racing circuit....

Cora Schumacher criticised after race debut

Cora Schumacher has been told her boob job isn't doing her any favours in the world of female motorsport.

The remarks came from former racing driver Ellen Lohr, who now works as a commentator for a television channel.

The 27-year-old wife of Formula 1 star Ralf, came 13th and 18th in two Mini Cooper races at the weekend, says Bild.

But Lohr says her attempts at driving aren't doing the sport any good.

"No real driver would take an additional twice 400 grams of extra weight along in the car", she said hinting at Cora's breasts.

"She's not a pro, she has no experience. If she gets into a crash, her breasts might burst. I don't know if that's what she wants," added Lohr.

    -------------------------------

I think that Ms. Lohr is a little jealous!!

    Think of the sponsorships....

Playtex, Victoria's Secret, Frederick's of Hollywood.......
