Kirsten: I'm so sorry to hear of Jessy's passing. He certainly looks like a sweet boy and I'm sure holds no grudges against his Mommy. She didn't do anything wrong. Please tell her not to feel bad about it and that Jessy is watching over her.

    RIP Jessy.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Aww kirsten I am so sad reading this thread, Jessy looked like an older version of my Rb Sooti, how sad his owner must feel, I can feel her heartache.

Gosh I am a little worried now, I am planning to get Ash's teeth cleaned next year, he will need a general, he is going on for 9 yrs, I hope nothing like that will happen to him.

I guess it is like with humans, there is always a risk, with anesthetics, its a scarey business.

Please pass on my sincere condolences to your friend, and that I am thinking of her at this sad time.

Thanks everyone! I'll tell her, and I'm sure she will appreciate your condolences.

From what I heard from my mother, she's very sad, especially since she doesn't want another cat; her daughter is allergic.
