As for the counter....it IS off limits in our house. The only one that seems to forget is Micah...but only becuase he's ALWAYS STARVING and we NEVER feed him!

Noel eats on our table...but we clean it daily so our guests don't get all yuckied out.

I am so happy that my cats are better behaved than all those bad examples

Tigris never sets a foot on the counter (except when it's his turn to cook)


Filou would never jump in the cupboard (if he had not to write my list for the supermarket)



Filou would never sit in the sink (but he only accepts fresh water.... and Evian)



And of course noone around here would accept a cat in bed (unless it's the freezing cold European winter)

This post is hilarious!!! The three brats on the table are going crazy trying to figure out why mom is cooking something that smells like their cat food!!! (salmon). They are only about 6 months old in that picture and oh so nosy!!

Well then, my furkids have good manners then......I will never forget the day we brought Smokey home. We went to Subway and brought it home. I had a meatball sub and the phone rang....well Smokey jumped up on the table (right in front of hubby) and ran off with my sub.

I caught Tigger IN the sink, IN a pot I had just used to boil chicken....she was licking it clean.

Actually the Found cats are reasonably good about the counters! But then again most of the Found Cats are a little long in the tooth , so jumping is not as frequent an activity! Love Catdads Cat in the pan!

Next time I have a visitor who comments on our cats being on every table in the house, I can just point them to this thread and say, "Why, every cat does it!"
