oh good, I get to post my .gif again!

I took a series of pictures in 2000 of the lunar eclipse. Then I made this .gif.

This year it should be clear here, I'm going to try and take some more pictures. It should be better, I have a tripod this time.

I will be able to see it from my apartment window. It isn't cloudy tonight, and I hope it isn't tomorrow either.

Richard, will we have landed by then??? Was thinking it would be really nice to see it 30,000 ft in the air.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I just went outsideand froze myself (no coat and 28 degrees!lol) and the eclipse is very cool. We actually have fairly clear skies tonight so we are able to see quite well.
