Since we can put the safety/public service aspect
of your screen saver before the wisdom of frying pork products while 'in the raw', I find Alton Brown within the bounds of good taste and Good Eats!!

Actually, I did it once and didn't get burned......
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I've been addicted for years! Emeril and Iron Chef are my favorites. I loved Two Fat Ladies and a lot of the old shows, too. Logan, what was cooked for the Beach picnic?? I can't imagine what your group wouldn't like! Met Emeril here on the beach a few years ago. (He's originally from New Bedford) He was doing a book signing/clam bake. He is SO fine! mmm, mmm, mmm!
