    Hurricane Juan :x

Wow..Hurricane Juan..I never thought would be bad, but, it was a little worse then I thought lol. We have SO many trees down, powerlines, etc. It did so much damage. We had 2 streets blocked near our house. Its crazy. I'll take pics of my cottage soon, which makes these pics look like nothing. There was a huge spruce fall down and take down a few sections of the tennis court fencing..someones fence was ruined, many many trees fallen out there..

As usual... it's always my Dad's fault (his name is Juan). I remember when I grew up in Texas we used to get hurricanes pretty often since i lived on the coast. They are scary, I'm glad to hear that you are ok.

We still don't have power at my dads. We haven't for the last 2 days. Since I was alive/can remember, we've NEVER had anything this bad..

I remember one year for Chistmas we had a hurricane and the power had been out for a few days... we ended up eating Campbell's soup for Christmas dinner since we could cook it on our gas stove.

Gosh! Here in the states we didn't have as much coverage of Juan as we did of Isabel but it looks as though you all got hit hard! I am glad you are safe! Isabel toppled some trees in my neighborhood but no one was hurt and thankfully the trees didn't land on an houses. Thank you for posting those pictures. They are amazing and tell quite a story!
