See what happens to your memory - !?!

Captain - how could I forget Meatloaf and Foreigner
Dobie Girl - yikes - and Led Zeppelin!!!
Smokey T.E. - yep, everyone of 'em!!! Especially ELP and Jethro Tull who gave me the name of one of my more memorable cats - Aqualung (she was actually a very ladylike long hair tortie girl, I found out when she got pregnant at a very young age)
    Randi - yep, again - !!!!

Now to look for a legal place to download some more music. You guys have brought back so many memories!!! Haven't done it in a while - is it still legal if it's older music, not an attempt to rip off new stuff?

BTW - Love the Red Hot Chili Peppers - see, still growing up (well, OK, "out")
    Spencer's Mom

    Grasshopper Shadowcat Magicat
    August 14, 1986 - June 15 2004
Thank you so much for the siggies, PCB & Kfamr

I agree and since I've already given away my age on several occasions, you should already know that I grew up in the 60's and 70's and if I were to list all the groups I listened to it would be way too much reading.

I was even into Alice Cooper for awhile....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

If you're listening to this song
You may think the chords are going wrong
    But they're not
We just wrote it like that

When you're listening late at night
You may think the band are not quite right
But they are, they just play it like that

It doesn't really matter what chords I play
What words I say or time of day it is
As it's only a Northern song

It doesn't really matter what clothes I wear
Or how I fare or if my hair is brown
When it's only a Northern song

    If you think the harmony
Is a little dark and out of key
    You're correct, there's nobody there

And I told you there's no one there

Can't forget Alan Jackson! I love "It's 5:00 Somewhere." I guess that's what Richard and the gang sing when they have one of their Thursday parties.
