    Barn Kitty

I was at the barn last night and got a good picture of our barn cat. She got pregnant before we could get her to the vet to be spayed. Now, she's had the babies, been fixed, and is back at the barn. She is such a sweety. Will sit in your lap for hours and purr if you'd let her. One lady calls her E.T for extra toes but I like the other nickname she got better. Hemmy for Hemingway's cats because they all have extra toes, too. Thought everyone might enjoy seeing her. I've never seen one this color, either.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.
    [/SIZE]

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Ah, Hemmy is a cutie! (But I think E.T. is a cute nickname for a polydactyl cat, too!)

    She's adorable! I think maybe she's a dilute tortie....if there is such a thing.

Hemmy is very pretty. How are her babies doing; were you able to find homes for them? She sounds like a real sweetie.

You cracked me up! It came up here at home but at work it wouldn't. It is a dilute calico!

She's very pretty and I hope her babies are doing well. Hemmy and E.T. are both very cute names too.
