I think I am feeling better, or at least resolved, today. I had a visit with my 'normal' vet for one of the herd...and we talked about Binx. He calmed me a bit, and said, as Adore my dogs said, it really is that rare....so, I am going to go ahead and set up the visit with the human periodontist, and see what he says...maybe I can have this one tooth on me examined?

I will schedule a visit with Dr. A, who wants to see Binx again re: the one tooth they stripped to the perodontal ligament in three weeks....and get the consult set up. My 'normal' vet agreed with Dr. A...human dentistry is the way to go...as they are so far advanced over vets...

Thanks for your support, and I am going to follow up with the facilities reference.

Fat boy is sleeping fitfully on the bathroom floor right now..it is HOT, and I have the air off...

Purdue is another good choice. They have one of the best vet schools in the country. My thoughts are with you and "Fat Boy" (isn't that a Harley Davidson?) lol

Michigan State University's Vet School are usually doing studies now and then. Perhaps they can help. They did wonders with Kia.

I hope Binx gets feeling better real soon. I'm so glad his growth is not cancerous.

    *Hugs to handsome Binx*
