BTW, ketchup is known to have grinded bugs, worms, all of that stuff in it. They crush the tomatoes with huge machines, so everything there goes in the ketchup with it. My brother's class did an experiment on this when he was in 12th grade. They got microscopes and ketchup and found fly wings and these bits and parts of worms. YUCK!

But I still eat it (taking that thought aside while I put ketchup on my food).

That reminds me of the time I last drank V-8 juice. It was a small single service size can and I was drinking right out of the can. I felt something brush my upper lip so I poured the stuff in a glass. Two very squashed roaches came out. They must have got squashed by the machine and canned. I considered complained to the company but since I was alone at the time, figured it would be my word against theirs. I'll never drink that stuff again though or drink any thing out of a can or bottle without pouring it in a glass (that has been carefully checked) first.

I worked at an RV park a couple summers ago. I was checking a couple into their site, and they were both wearing t-shirts that said something about "I'm part of the Viagra test team"

Well...since we're talking about things in food....I once found something in a milkbone. I usually break it up into 3 pieces for Kai and when I broke one, it had a hair. Not a human hair though (which would have been prefered). I'm sure it was from an animal. My first thought was that it was a dog or cat whisker. After reading about the ingredients in certain dog foods, I was paranoid. It looked like a colorless semi-transparent fishing line...but a bit different. Shudders..gross
