I'm not sure exactily who picks, but I know there is no voting by members.
I also know it takes quite awhile- lot's of people are still waiting.

It took my Trevor about 2 years. I am sure Karen and Paul are FLOODED with submissions. In the meantime, I know you will fall in love with all of the Cats of the Day. I hope you'll stay with us while you wait!

Yes, there are about 75 million cats of the day in the United States alone; every one of them deserves their picture on the web.
