No matter how little money and how few
possessions, you own, having a dog makes
    you rich.

Unfortunately I have to gratefully decline the priveledge of administering the next puzzle. I will be traveling on business to Florida tomorrow and will be unable to stay tuned.

I would like to pass it on to the highest point getter which is a tie between Logan and Happy. After a coin flip - Happy gets the nod.

Puzzle 16 is Happy's to present or pass!
