    Shiba Inu...this is a new breed for me. Wish I new more. Definitely a smart dog. And, oh so, adorable! Lucky girls who helped deliver Komokai(precious one). Wondering how big she will get and what "work" did they orignally do? Guess I better go do some research. Thanks, for sharing Komokai's story with us. What a treat! Hope she gets oodles of treats for being DOTD.

    Dear Komokai!!! FINALLY!!! I was just thinking the other day..."WHEN will we ever get to see a Shiba Inu as Dog of the Day!?? Well, today, we have the MOST adorably precious puppy Shiba to lavish our praise upon! As my husband's side of the family is Japanese, I came to know and love your wonderful breed many years ago. And recently, have seen many proud Shiba owners around town Komokai, what a very lucky family awaits the companionship, friendship and devotion of such a sweet, loving, BEAUTIFUL girl like yourself! Congratulations to you Komokai, our "pearl of a girl," most precious Dog of the Day!

    Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.
