hair coloring

My five year old shih tzu is white with amber patches...this past month she has gotten several patches of hair that are chocolate colored...some are as big as a large hand, some the size of silver dollars..anyone else have this problem? she is healthy..

I have a certain type of dog that when they are puppies, they have a color and while they get older it changes gradually until they are about 5 years. The breed is much like Shih-Tzu, so i wouldn't worry. By the way the breed is
HAVANESE and is AKC registered.
