    *Jewels is sick* :(

    She is having diarea like crazy, its just pooring out of her (sorry to be gross..) So I didnt give her food all day yesterday.
    But Today she could barely walk and was dragging her back legs behind her, i freaked out and brought her strait to the vet. They said it was probibly something she ate, and then i remembered I had given her a dog treat my friend made for her! I'm guessing that is what made her sick, but im so scared. Thankfully She can walk now, but is still quite sick. I hope everything turns out ok. Im going to bring her to the vet again tomorrow.

    Oh no!!! I'm so sorry to hear about Jewels...I hope she gets better...
    Just make sure she gets lots of water so she doesn't become dehydrated. I'm glad that you took her to the vet.
    Did your friend say what was in the treat?

    Find out the ingrediants to the treat. I hope Jewels gets better soon and that it isn't too serious. Good for you for taking good care of little Jewels.

    It was a treat she baked herself.. I also called my friend, asked her what the ingrediants were, and showed them to the vet. nothing bad in it... she probibly just had a bad reaction (if thats what got her sick)

    p.s. she got the recipie out of a dog magazine

    Poor little Jewels... I'm glad to hear she's doing better. Perhaps the treat was just a little too rich for her tummy. Please let us know how she is doing and give her a gentle hug for me, ok? You're such a doll baby, little Jewels; I hate to think of you not feeling well...Prayers and well wishes for our dear Jewels.
