    Sooo....do we have a "Spot" remover or is the "Spot" set???

    Ok Amy, I've given up. Is he staying Spot or is he going to be Satchmo?? I just want you to know I see no resemblance to Louis Armstrong at all! lol

    Even older dogs learn new names pretty quickly. When we get strays in at work, we obviously don't know their names so we give them new ones. Seems to only take a couple days before they start responding to it.

    I think he is staying Spot. He knows his name really well, and it fits him.

    Oh good. I was rooting for *Spot* from the get go. Sometimes the seemingly ordinary names are more on the cutting edge because they haven't been overused recently. I like Spot - the name and the dog!
