That is strange. I only had three in there. So, I deleted all the mail in sent and tracking from the way beginning. Would someone mind sending me a PM and see if it works?

I had the same thing happen recently, Kelly. I think my "deleted" file needed to be emptied. Now I have no problem.

Happened to me once Kelly - is was my 'sent' folder causing the problems!! It had to be explained in words of one syllable by Paul!! Not too quick on the uptake - oh just put it down to age!!

When you go to see your pms, it just shows the recent ones. If you click "Show all Private Messages", all of the old ones will come up and you can delete more. You can also show all the ones from the past month, past 6 months, etc.

Sorry if you already know this. I just think you might have a lot of old ones that aren't showing up because you have to click the Show all to see them.

Thanks Aly....that helped. I went back and deleted all of those too.
