    A new trick for Nebo

I've been bored lately, and I've been teaching Nebo boy some new tricks. He says he was feeling dumb with all these other smart pet talk doggies who know so many tricks!

The one I've been working the most at is "beg/sit pretty." He learned it really fast, but he has trouble balancing! For now, he has to hold onto my arm, and he can't stay for very long. I'm not quite sure how I'd get a pic of that, so that will have to wait.

I also taught him bow, but he won't do it without his nose being right on my hand with a treat.....so no pics of that either.

Tonight I taught him to hold things in my mouth. Yes, I got the idea from our famous smart boy Simba! I don't think he'll ever be that good at it though!

He really does not enjoy it (as I'm sure you can tell from the pics lol).....I've just been using "wait" like I do with the other trick..balancing a treat on his nose. He definitely needs some practice at it!! But here's some pics anyway!

"Yippee. I'm holding my toy snake. Why are you making me do this again?"

"Making me hold FOOD?! This is the limit here!"

"Now I have a clicker in my mouth.......this is SO stupid...."

Wow! I am so impressed with the cookie in the mouth thing....how did you do that???? That's awesome!! Very cute pictures of Nebo...that last one looks like it's of the "if looks could kill" variety.

Yep, I agree Anna He looks about like Roxey does when you want to get a pic of her doing something she doesn't want to do!
But they were great pictures anyway, we love any & all Nebo pics

Smart boy Nebo!! You said he's not very balenced right now or w/e with sit pretty, but it will come, Josie was really wobbly at first, and now she does it perfect! Zeke's getting better too.
