Kiwi's on TV!

In case anyone missed it the first time, Miracle Pets on PAX-TV is repeating the episode featuring Kiwi, the life saving black labrador companion dog who was our Dog of the Day on July 30, 2000! It's on tonight at 8pm on the east coast. Great story! This beautiful dog not once but TWICE saved her guardian's life! She is now retired and has lost the sight in one eye, I believe. But still remains a loving friend and companion

Oh, I am so mad. I read this post at 8:00, which is the time that the show airs here. I turned around, turned the TV on and it says that Pax is not receiving a satellite signs.

Animal Planet is not offered here in the boonies of Westminster! I am looking forward to our five week vacation at our house in New Hampshire mostly because they have Animal Planet there Maybe Kiwi will be on again while I'm there... keep your fingers and paws crossed

Sorry to sound ignorant, but what is Animal Planet? Is it a specialty channel? Is it 24 animal stuff? I live in Canada and I don't think we get it here. You know, in our igloos! Just joking!

Animal Planet is a great channel with all animal shows. They have emergency vet shows (which I don't watch, stomach is too weak!) and they have Breed All About It (tells about a certain dog breed.. good show), crocodile hunter, Planet's Funniest Animals (my favorite show!), and a lot more. I don't have it at the moment but will be getting it again in August.

LabLoverKEB, just in case you didn't see it in the other post, "Oh, sure, rub it in" is what we say in this area when someone got to do or see something that we wanted to but couldn't. It's supposed to be funny.
