Active and athletic, smart and chatty, no matter what you're up to you never fail to bring joy and laughter to your humans' lives! Not only are you a cherished fur baby, Scooter, you're the family gate keeper and mediator, the Master of the House! That said, no doubt you rule over your subjects and minions with a velvet paw, Scooter! Tough job, but clearly you're up to the challenge!

How blessed your family was, the day they opened up their home and hearts to your tiny self, mere hours following your rescue! And every day since your happy homecoming, you prove just how priceless the rewards of rescue is, bringing so much love and joy to your humans' days! Dearest Scooter, what a gorgeous guy you are! You are so handsome with that fluffy black fur coat that looks so soft, and that sweet face with those lovely big pale-green eyes. Thank you for sharing that great photo with us! You look totally relaxed and contented there, sitting up with your eyes half open and the sun shining through the side of your left ear. I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Martinez, CA and pet you, and pet your dear kitty housemates, too! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you all for me .

And what an amazing story you have to tell! You were found as a tiny kitten, wandering around a schoolyard. Your dear rescuer brought you to your dear Purrrson-to-be, who took you home on the spot! My deepest gratitude to your rescuer and your Purrrson who welcomed you Home!

What a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You're very smart and very sweet, and you speak up when you have something to say. You let your Purrrsons know when your treat bowl is empty and needs to be refilled, by pawing it and turning it over. Your favorite toy is your catnip sock, and you hug it and rub it on your face. You're very acrobatic, and you jump quite high. You're the household head cat, and you keep your kitty housemates in line. You and your dear kitties and Purrrsons all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Here is our handsome boy, Scooter. He was found by a co-worker as a tiny kitten, all alone, wandering around our school. My friend brought him to me and I took him home on the spot.

Scooter is very vocal and so smart. He loves his treats and when his bowl is empty he paws at it and turns it over to let us know it's empty. He can jump very high and is quite acrobatic.

He loves his catnip sock and will hug it and rub it on his face. He is definitely head cat at our house and keeps our other cats in line. Scooter is so sweet and we are so glad he is part of our family.
