Precious Clyde and Maddie!
Dearest Clyde and Maddie, what a precious pair of doggies you are! Thank you for sharing those great photos with us. You both look positively ferocious in that first one, but then in the second, you're standing at the window eagerly waiting for Dad to come home. What a story you have to tell! You were both abandoned, but I am so very glad and grateful that you were rescued and you came to live with your dear Furrrever family! They give you only love, because they don't know how you were treated before you came to them. They say, "Love and affection and snacks are free." You are very gentle with the family cats. You all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Clyde and Maddie, on being chosen today's Dogs of the Day! We hope you and your dear kitty housemates and people and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats, and maybe another ice cream cone to share!

Ice cream sure is a yummy treat for pups, especially come summer! But as yummy as the creamy stuff is, the best treat of all is the unconditional love your mom and dad shower you with spring and summer, fall and winter; each and every day of the year!
Thankfully your sad starts at life are but a distant memory now, having found your way to the bestest furever home ever! And every day since your homecoming you show your mom and dad just how grateful you are, bringing so much comfort and joy, love and laughter to their lives...and devotion!!! (See bottom pic!
