Dearest Donna, what a beautiful Welsh Pony you are! You are so gorgeous with that brown and black and white coat and that sweet face with those lovely big eyes gazing straight out at me. And how delightful to see your loving and beloved young lady on your back with such a big smile on her face! You have had some challenges to face over the course of your life so far, haven't you. You were traded around by several different owners before finding your true Family and Home, and I am so very glad and grateful that you did! You're a very fast and hyper pony and have experienced a number of injuries. Your old-man Trakehner gelding friend passed away, and you've grieved and missed him. Your dear lady wasn't riding for a while, but now she is again. You're switching from English to western tack, and that's going well. And now you are a Mom-to-be, in foal to APHA stud Oreos Red Baron! You and your lady love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Donna, on being chosen Pet of the Day! We hope you and your dear young lady and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
