My sweet Galaxy is an Angel now..

My dear little loving and beloved Tortie lady Galaxy is an Angel now.

She was diagnosed with cancer recently. Yesterday she took a turn for the worse. She was so thin and slight. I took her to the vets this morning.

And tomorrow's my birthday. Happy Birthday.

I gave her the best care I could, and I love her (and always will) the best I can. What a sweet, lovely kitty Angel lady!

Love from Pat and Galaxy Angel (and Sparkler too, of course)

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.

    Angel Galaxy~

My heart breaks for you, Pat. What a beautiful and brave girl your Galaxy was. She was so very lucky, having a mom as devoted and caring as you, doing all in your power to heal her, to make her comfortable and feeling loved. And now, having earned her angel wings, the heavens have been blessed yet another bright and beautiful Galaxy; the brightest of them all.
Love from me, Tigg'r and Peach

(I wish this were a happier birthday for you, Pat. Please know I'm thinking of you and dear Sparkler.)

Pat, I am so sorry you have lost Galaxy. Now she is free of pain on the RB - I am sure she will meet Fister, and her other friends who went before her.

Galaxy had a long life and she was ready. You gave her love and comfort when she most needed it. Thank you for that - you are a wonderful cat-mom.

Rest in peace, dear Galaxy and send your mom some purrs.

    Take care!

Oh, Pat. I didn't realize she was so ill. Sending hugs and all the comfort I can. She was a beautiful girl and each cat is unique and special to us.

My first "sun halo." Looked up into the sky this afternoon, a bright and sunny day and omg, a rainbow around the sun! Never saw one before; never even heard of one! Had to look it up. I think Galaxy is busy, sending us a sign!

Thank you, Sandra. That's gorgeous, absolutely phenomenal! I've never before seen one or heard of them either.

It certainly does look like it might be a sign from Galaxy!
