Precious Emmi!
Dearest Emmi, what a gorgeous young Birman you are! You are absolutely stunning, with that long, fluffy fur that looks so soft and that sweet face with the Birman points and those beautiful blue eyes. You are so pretty in both of those great photos, and thank you for sharing them with us! You look so relaxed and content in both of them. I wish I could reach through the screen and across the ocean to France to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Tin-openers and friend Amor will pet you for me .
And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You're a Sacred Cat of Burma, and you enjoy nature and also like laying in the sun to warm your fur. You've lived in France ever since you were six weeks old! You recently endured a serious medical condition, nearly dying because of an infection. I'm so glad and grateful that you didn't! Great thanks to your six different veterinarians, your two Tin-openers, your friend Amor, and you yourself for fighting for more than a month! You all won this fight, and it's no wonder they are so proud of you. Well done, Emmi and all your team there! You and they all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled world you share!
Congratulations, darling Emmi, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Tin-openers and Amor and vets and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats. Would you prefer fish or chicken?.. Such a hard choice, maybe you should get some of each!
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
