    Bonnie Boo Bear!

Dearest Boo Bear, you are stunning! What a gorgeous ebony kitty you are! That black fur is so pretty and looks so soft, and what a sweet face you have with those lovely big golden eyes. You look so calm and peaceful sitting there gazing straight out at me. I wish I could reach through the screen and down to Fort Worth to pet you, and pet your dear sister Sissy, too! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you for me .

What a nice story you have to tell! I'm so sorry to learn that you and Sissy had been abandoned as kittens at an apartment complex, but I'm very glad and grateful that one of your dear Purrrson-to-be's co-workers (a dog person) brought both of you to him/her in an empty banker's box. You two have settled in just fine! You were very frightened and very small when you first came, but now you weigh eighteen pounds and are the alpha cat. You and Sissy like to sleep between blankets layered over a recliner. You're an excellent communicator! When you don't want to be messed with, you hiss and become "Mr. Bitey." You enjoy having your tummy rubbed but can get a bit rough with your claws. You are your Purrrson's mini-Panther, and you and she/he and Sissy all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Boo Bear, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Sissy and Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Dear Boo Bear, what a handsome boy you are. Your coat looks so plush and soft, and your face, with those big golden eyes, is adorable.
I'm glad that a kind soul rescued you and your sister when you were abandoned, and that they brought you to your now forever family.
You have grown into a larger-than-life kitty, and now you rule the house.
When you don't want to be messed with, you start hissing and you turn into "Mr Bitey". You also like your tummy rubs, but you get a little rough with your claws. It's good to set some boundaries!
Boo Bear, you are a fabulous kitty, and I wish you, Sissy and your family a great day full of celebration, and many more happy and healthy years together.
