What a brave, beautiful bunny you are, Lucky, and true to your name, one very lucky bunny indeed! It breaks my heart to pieces, learning of the horrible start at life you and Fluffy had, the neglect and abuse you suffered at the hand of your former human, having been abandoned, in a box. But thankfully you and Fluffy found your way into rescue, and finally, into a loving and devoted forever home, enjoying the happy, carefree and peaceful life you so rightly deserve! And I have no doubt with time (if not already!), those sad and lonely days will be but a distant memory! How lucky your human is, having a brave and beautiful, gentle and loving furkid in you, sweetheart! You truly are a fighter and survivor, a treasure, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, Lucky! Meeting you today, reading your heartwarming and inspirational rags to riches story, seeing your heart-melting photos has been a joy! Dearest Lucky, you are beautiful! Your grey fur is gorgeous and looks so soft, and you have the sweetest face with that white "mustache" and those lovely big dark eyes. You're so cute in those great photos, with your bow on your head in the one and then your little pink tongue peeking out in the other. Thank you for posting them.

And what a story you have to tell! What a horrible earlier life you had, abandoned in a box, pregnant with your daughter Fluffy. We're so glad and thankful that you were both found and rescued and given the good care you needed, and then adopted by your dear family members! Now you two are living the good lives you deserve, and have always deserved, and you will be safe and well-cared-for and loved for the rest of your days. I'm so sorry you still show signs in your eyes of the trauma you endured earlier, but you are a brave little bunny, and I hope and pray those bad memories will be gone forever before long. You and your dear people all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
