    Gardening 2019

Now that everything has settled after the move, I can start digging in the dirt again.
Container gardening is still my favorite way to grow stuff.

And I found a wren's nest in one of my plants. Momma bird got a little annoyed, but she came right back.

    Beautiful! Thank you, Heidi.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Aww, excellent! Most people since my move here to Vermont know me as Wren, which was my nickname when I was a little, chatty round child!

That's a great nickname. Wrens are my favorite birds in the garden.

The first harvest of the season. I have lots of tomatoes as well, but they have yet to turn red.

Today, I found a praying mantis on one of my plants. I'm always happy to see them as they prey on garden pests.

And the tomatoes are finally coming in. I took a few to the neighbor.

    How nice!

I bet your neighbor loves the gift!

    Ooooh, yummy!

(Those are cucumbers, I trust, not worms!)
