Greetings, Banjo! Congratulations on nabbing Dog of the Day honors from all in this Lab loving home!

Seeing your beautiful Labbie self up on my Dog of the Day screen today, reading your proud Mom's love filled tribute was just what I needed on this cold and rainy day! I've been Mom to three Labs, all yellow, but have always been in awe of you cream colored kids! (Don't tell my girl Peach!) Your coat is gorgeous!!!

Labs are beloved for so many reasons, not the least of which is their storied role as dedicated and accomplished therapy and assistance pups, and I just know you're going to shine providing mobility assistance to your Grandma and in your role as a therapy dog! How proud your Mom will be that day not long from now when she can lay claim to not just one but two therapy pups AND Dog of the Day honorees in you and sister Diamond!

I'm so, so very sorry to hear of the tragic, untimely passing of your Mom's first Lab. But I have every hope you're going to live a long and happy life, shining in your therapy work, doing her legacy proud! How lucky your Mom is, having a furkid as beautiful, as smart, as sweet and loving as you, Banjo! You're the best!

Dearest Banjo, you are absolutely beautiful! What a stunning cream Labrador you are! You also have a delightful temperament and are very smart and talented. You are training for a most important mission: as a service dog! You will be a terrific mobility assistance dog for your human Grandma and a terrific therapy dog. You live with your dear Mom and her service dog Diamond. We're so sorry Mom's first Lab passed away at just five years old due to lymphoma. We send our best wishes to you for a long, happy, and healthy life with Diamond and Mom and all your family! You and they all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
