    Precious Painter and Pebble!

Hi Painter! Happy Pet of the Day to you, and to your dear little brother Pebble, too! What a precious painted pair you two cuties make

I know that Painted Turtles are common in North America, from Canada to Mexico, but while I've met many a Box Turtle I have yet to come across a Painted Turtle in the wild...and here your family has stumbled upon not just one but two, you just quarter sized!

Just as your human says, you truly are one special fellow, Painter! Not only are you as handsome as can be, but so happy and healthy and spunky as well, truly living the good life! And no doubt before long your little brother will grow up to be just as handsome and healthy as you!

How lucky your young guardians are, having animal companions as unique, as sweet, as special as you two cuties! You're the best, and so very deserving of your big day in the spotlight!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, Painter and Pebble! Meeting you two today, reading your heartwarming backstories and seeing your beautiful photos has been a real treat! I hope you're enjoying a very special day of celebration...swimming about in your tank, munching on tasty Turtle treats, being loved and pampered to pieces by your proud and devoted guardians! Lots of love to you, precious Painter and Pebble, our very special and most deserving Pets of the Day, EVERY day! Long and happy life to you both!

    Best brothers!!!

Dearest Painter, and Pebble too, you are adorable, both of you! You are both stunning painter turtles, and how sweet to see you, Painter, there with your "little brother" Pebble beside you in the second photo. And what a delightful story you have to tell! You were both found by your dear person's brother in the wild, Painter in a small lake and Pebble by a softball field. How lucky for you (and your new family-to-be) that he brought you both home to safety and family! You two and your dear people all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Painter (and Pebble), on being chosen today's Pet(s) of the Day! We hope you and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Congratulations on being Pet of the Day.
What a handsome boy. You can tell you are male by your long claws.
Glad you have a baby brother to take care of. Your person will do a good job, too.
    Celebrate your special day.

Congratulations, Painter, on being POTD! You are beautiful and fascinating! Pebble is awesome, too! It sounds like your little rescuer could become a great herpetologist in his future. Sending best wishes for continued happy, healthy, fun, safe lives, cuties! http://www.guineapigsrfun.net
