PSA: Buckwheat is not a kind of wheat, and an apology

It isn't even a grain or a grass!

Made and ate some buckwheat noodles last night, before I knew either that fact, or that my body has decided I am allergic to buckwheat, so my apologies that the websites were updated so late today.

I feel fine NOW, but spent hours miserable, symptomatic without knowing why, or sleeping - as it's exhausting!

Sigh.
