It took me 72 years to realize what great pets mice make. Eddy is one of the reasons. He is cute, smart, energetic, fun to watch and easy to take care of.

As the saying goes, one's never to old to learn! And I couldn't agree more with your human when she/he says that life is not worth living without pets, that mice make such wonderful furry companions! So much smarts and sweetness, joyful energy and personality packed into that tiny furry body! And oh, what a very special "first" your mom/dad has in you, Eddy! How lucky she/he is, having a beautiful best friend and loving companion in you, Eddy! You truly are a treasure, just as special as can be, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

If you love animals, but don't have much time or room, consider a mouse. I'm just sorry I waited so long.

I am so glad you have found so much pleasure in darling little Eddy's company. He's SO adorable, it's great he has no fear of you or Angel. I would certainly consider a mouse or a rat as a pet one day. Eddy is an excellent and dear, sweet POTD!!
