    It's still kitten season!

A couple of nights ago, somebody left a box of kittens at the hospital door! I wish we had an outdoor camera.
They were healthy looking and active kittens, about 7 weeks old, each one more adorable than the last. Unfortunately, the hospital can't keep them.
They all tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and they were dewormed for roundworms.
Luckily, the local humane society had a foster person available, so they are safe there.
10 years ago, I would have adopted a couple of them (it was very tempting!), but since I'm running a nursing home for cats now, that's not possible.

AWwwww, grey tabby kittens! I missed Cassie's kitten stage because she was almost 2 when I adopted her. I hope they all go to wonderful homes! I'm sending pats, hugs and lovies to your kitties too
Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.

I've been Boo'd ... right off the stage!

Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

Oh, so sweet! I'm so glad the foster person was available and has taken them in. May they all find wonderful Furrrever homes!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
