Man with dozens of dogs at Forsyth home ...

This was the headline today in our local newspaper. It's an extremely sad story with a hopefully happy ending for all of the dogs.
They were taken to the Forsyth Humane Society and the Forsyth County Animal Shelter (part of the Humane Society) for evaluation.
I also hope that the person who "collected" all those animals will get some help.

Yesterday, the newspaper gave an update.
This man is allowed to get 15 of the dogs back. They have been spayed and neutered and vaccinated. He just had to pay a registration fee.
Honestly, I don't think he should able to get that many dogs back. Why 15? Why not just 2 or 3?

I read the dogs were in pretty good condition. His daughter said the reports about living conditions being poor were untrue. I would hope he would get them back, he clearly loves them. He paid the licensing fees. Maybe he will receive more support....anyhoo, don't know all the facts or what the truth really is. He sounds like a kind old guy who cares about dogs and their well being to me.
