A 3 month old puppy is supposed to have a healthy appetite. Has he been tested for intestinal parasites, or at least dewormed? How often do you feed him? Does he drink and urinate excessively?
Has your vet tested him for diabetes?
You probably should not feed your puppy food for diabetic dogs unless he has been diagnosed.
I found a website that has some information about this.

How's the condition of your dog now? Has it improved already?

I hope your pup is okay. Most puppies are ferocious eaters. They are growing so fast, need lots of sleep, exercise and LOTS to chew and teethe on. Sounds like a normal pooch to me👍🏿🤓

If your dog is diabetic, you should firstly remove all sources of carbohydrates from its diet. This could include the dry and wet food that you give (packaged foods). Make sure he is drinking adequate water and getting enough exercise. Refrain from letting it play with other big dogs, or else it will get tired too soon.

And the same goes for human beings as well. If you are diabetic, following a ketogenic diet would be best. This means you can eat more of healthy fats and proteins in order to compensate for the carbs.

The source of proteins for your dog should be human-quality meats including organ meats such as liver. Don't feed him transfats or butter,
