    Hi Phoebe! Happy Pet of the Day, and belated happy 1st year hatch day, too!

    Aww!!! What a painfully precious wee one you were, what a gorgeous young lady we see here today! I've never had the pleasure of meeting a Dutch Welsummer Chicken before, so seeing you up on my Pet of the Day page this morning, reading your heartwarming backstory, has been a real treat! But seriously? "Chocolate" eggs? How special is that! Here on Cape Cod you mostly find brown eggs at the market, but I've yet to see one of the dark brown variety! Boo!

    Beauty (those feathers!) and brains with talent to spare (as in artist!!!); packed with personality and a heart as big as big as they come (and modest too), that describes you, sweetheart! You (and Dweezil too!) are truly the best birds ever, and your forever mommy so very lucky, having two beautiful, best feathered family members in you!

    Thanks for the BIG smiles, Phoebe! Meeting you and Dweezil, seeing all of those heart-melting photos, has been a real treat! I hope you enjoy a very special day of celebration...assisting your mommy on the computer, helping her with her latest artistic creation, cuddling with Dweezil on the big bed, being loved and pampered to pieces, treated to all your heart desires and more!
