How Cold is it where you are?

Although it looks beautiful, it's no weather to go shopping - I hope you have stocked up!

Do any of your kitties want to step out in it?

My kitties are indoor only, they've never been outside. They don't seem to be impressed when looking out the window. Yes, there's enough food, especially for the cats.
I'm off today, but the hospital is closed for a second day. It's will be slightly above freezing today (last night temps 7F!), hopefully that helps.

This is our road today, very icy. It's a tertiary road, nobody plowed or salted it.


But other than that, it's beautiful.

It's 60F, all the beautiful snow is melting, and our yard is a swampy mess. In addition, there's rain in the forecast.

66(!) degrees and tons of rain.

We've had MORE snow. On Monday morning (Yesterday) the temp was -32C with a wind chill of -41 (-25.6F and -41.8F). I layered up like anything to maybe walk outdoors but I would have lost my nose so used my backup kit and went to the indoor track.

It's getting a bit warmer as the week goes on. Last Thursday I did my paper routes in the midst of our heavy snowfall warning. THIS Thursday it will be somewhat cold but SUNNY!

Today, it is 20 degrees colder than yesterday.

Overnight, we got lots of rain. This morning, around 9 am, it changed over to snow. It is still snowing, and around 33 F.
Got off work early.

Typical for mid-March in Chicago. High 30s F and windy. Snow likely later this week.

On this first day of spring, the temperature is in the mid-forties and it's rainy. Tomorrow morning, we are expecting some snow!

We had snow yesterday, and today it's incredibly windy and cold. By the weekend, we're supposed to get more snow or possibly freezing rain. Yikes!
