    Teaching Tricks?

    I don't have a cat but I was wondering can you train a cat to do tricks and obey commands like a dog?

    My Smokey knows to sit when I'm giving him treats. When I had Chessie, he knew how to not only sit for treats but to sit up and beg.

    Cats can definitely be trained. I have watched cat agility competitions which was amazing.
    They respond to clicker training just like dogs. They can be toilet trained.
    And then there are my cats who have done an amazing job training me...
