    Thursday #634....First Saturday in May.

    I think it's finally spring.

    It's time for the Kentucky Derby - Mint juleps, hats and horses.

    I think that cool spring drinks are in order.

    I am making a batch of 'gin coolers'.

    A shot in some flavored seltzer water.......

    And we are off!!!!
