    Very interesting series of maps with the most common causes of death by state - and it goes beyond the usual, so is fascinating!

    As a Massachusetts resident, I am more likely to die of cancer or kidney disease than heart disease or diabetes among other things ... sorry Candace, it doesn't cover Canada!

    I figured it didn't cover Canada...so I made a futile attempt at humour.

    Actually, we Canadians don't die - we just go naturally into a cryogenic state some time in January.

    I was surprised Respiratory Diseases were not the highest in the coal-producing states, but then again, lung cancer probably counts under cancer.
