CH Kitty and another kitty missing an eye abandoned in Staten Island. Both outside now.
Chris lives in PA., has a house that he owns in Staten Island. It was on the market and sold. There was a tenant there, and she moved and left the cats.
They both have mild disabilities. One is missing an eye, and the other has cerebral hyper {something} [CEREBELLAR HYPOPLASIA]. Skittish and prefers to be with her friend but not feral.
WE NEED A HOME FOR THEM VERY QUICKLY. Trying to not send them to a shelter. Can you help and skip the shelter process?
Fairly immediate situation, and he cannot take these cats because he has dogs.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
