Sheila must have some mighty strong neck muscles. Still, if she lived with me and I - for whatever reason I simply can't imagine - found it necessary to attach a tomato to her collar, I would choose instead a cherry tomato.
How often do you change the tomato? Does the rabbit sometimes eat the tomato? I bet the finches would like to get out of their cage so they could have a go at it.
Has she been carrying a tomato around for all of her 12 years?
Of course, I should add that Sheila is a perfectly beautiful and delightful cat - a fine addition to any garden.
