LH - there's a diner in Watertown that does Ployes - (buckwheat pancakes) only when I went there, I ordered a "stack" thinking they'd be silver-dollar size like Aunt Adrian made them (and instructed us they were properly made) But they were 6-7 inches across! Needless to say, I did not finish my "stack!'

But ployes with warm maple syrup, and some with blueberry jam ... yum!!!!

    Grumble......

    Buckwheat pancakes for breakfast.

Thanks Richard! It's all YOUR fault.

    Sorry,

But sometimes you have to follow your heart and your stomach?

The dangerous thing for me to do is to buy a box of anything and eat until I get tired of the batch....then I go for ever until the urge strikes me again.

I buy more and find that I have a package in the fridge, pantry or cupboard already open..
