    No-kill rescue shelter in Hastings, NE

    Start Over Rover is a fairly new no-kill rescue shelter in Hastings, NE that is quickly gaining nationwide attention for the good work it does. Most of the staff are hard-working volunteers, and I thought it would be something people on Pet Talk might be interested in reading about....
