    Dearest Snickers, what a wonderful boy you are, coming to ease the final days and then passing of your family's beloved Grandpa and then bring them comfort after he's gone. You are the best company now for your family, making them smile by chasing acorns and making funny faces. And then you show your deep love by cuddling up to your Purrrrson and hugging him or her around the neck with your arms!

    Congratulations on being selected today's Cat of the Day, darling Snickers! We hope you and Twissy and your Doggy Pal and Rabbit Pal and human family are all enjoying a wonderful day of celebration full of fun and lovies and treats and maybe even a game of Acorn Toss. And I'm sure Grandpa Angel is watching from above with pride and love.

Now you keep them on alert by playing the acorn game, making faces, conducting the occasional kitty inspection of nearby woods, and enjoying cuddle time You are a beautiful boy and I love the portrait of you on the bench! Happy, happy Cat of the Day to you, Snickers and to your wonderful family too!

    Snickers, you are not only incredible handsome but you knew for sure there was a job for you when you entered the house. Obviously you had a good start in life and knew how to identify good humans when you saw them. I am so glad you helped your family in hard times.

    Happy Cat of the Day to you, beautiful Snickers!

    What a very special story is yours, sweetheart, and what a very special kitty you are! As others have said, there isn't a doubt in my mind that it was more than mere serendipity that you would find your way to your forever family that fateful day; that a higher power led you there, with a very important job in mind for you! I had tears in my eyes, reading of the smiles and comfort you brought to your Grandpa during his final days, the comfort you brought to the rest of the family after his passing, that you continue to bring, each and every day. You even made a kitty lover for life out of the one honoring you here today!

    How blessed your Grandpa was, Snickers, knowing your unconditional love and devotion those final days. Thanks to you, he left this earth with his heart filled with just a bit more love, and I know he's looking down on you all today, feeling such pride; looking over you all and sending you his love.

    Much thanks to your family for sharing your very special story with us, giving us the opportunity to pay tribute to you, and to your Grandpa! You're one in a million, Snickers!
    Hope you and dear Twissy, your bunny bud and Golden pup pal, are all enjoying an extra special day of celebration, being treated to all your hearts desire and more! And of course, this being acorn season, I'm sure a round of acorn toss will be part of the day's festivities!

    I think you must be an angel in a fur coat!!! You for sure brought laughter and happiness to your Grandfather during his last days and eased his pain, if only for the time he was playing with you. That is a very special and wonderful gift. Now you are a treasured member of a family you adore you. Please thank them for sharing you with us.

    I agree thay Snickers is a wee angel sent to bring your family joy, so glad to hear about some of your fond memories of your Grandfather. It was a real pleasure seeing Snickers as COTD, peace and love
