    Happylabs,

Here's the hammock design. My cats LOVE IT!!! The original cover is under the pink cover. I had a friend make me a new cover that's washable.

I also have the "ledge" design which my cats used a lot in the beginning. They prefer the hammock style.

New windows are being put in at the end of July and I may not be able to use them anymore because I use screws to hold it into place. The velcro isn't that strong. If you're interested, I'll be happy to send them to you when the new windows are put in.

I had TWO like that when I lived in my apartment, the kitties LOVED them! This house doesn't have sills, so I couldn't put them up, here.

My boys have just used my kitchen table to look out the window. I was never able to get them to stay off of it, so I just clamped a table cover on it, and they get up there and look out, stretch out, etc.

I had one for years, then the dog took to snoozing on it and it eventually wore out. My kitties loved it!

I have furniture near windows so kitties can look out. The window perches require a wide sill for support of the perch. Some perches also require the window to sit on a tab of the perch to hold it in place. I can't do that with these special windows.

The perches I bought have only one support in the middle. Easier to put furniture near the window.

    Mine do love windows.

I used to have two of them and my windows are wide enough so they could be next to each other. My RB Pepper was in it every day. Many years later when I decided to paint, I found out that they had damaged my windowsill so now I'd just rather put cat trees or other furniture near my windows so my cats can sit on these and look out the windows.

I had always wanted one of those for Taz. But didn't have the proper windows and he exceeded the weight limit on most of them (back then they didn't make them that sturdy I guess).
But now I just have cat trees near the windows so they can sit and enjoy the outside that way. Bruce even added a base to one cat tree so it is more level with the window. Spoiled kitties.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!
