Just a few pics of Taggart at the dog park

Took a few pictures at the dog park yesterday. The dog park was practically empty though. In the big dog area there was only Taggart and a beagle who didn't want to run around too much. He still enjoyed it though. I even got him to retrieve a ball! He never cares about toys once he's outside so that was a big deal.

We also found out, when heading to the dog park, that the Walnut Creek Art and Wine Festival was right next door, so we (my husband, Taggart and I - that is) took a trip down there to look at all the booths and listen to some music. All in all a great day. Taggart was behaving really well even in the huge crowd of people so that made me proud. He's really come a long way in the years I've had him.
After a while at the festival he unfortunately figured out that the grass contained plenty of dropped pop corn, pieces of corn dogs and pizza and whatnot, so by then it was time to leave before he ate himself sick, haha

lol, he looks kinda overweight in this picture but I think it's just his fur falling in a weird way because he's running towards the camera. His ear is also flopping and that's also because he's running.

Him and his dad. And an empty dog park, except for the beagle you can see waaaay in the background close to the fence.

Me torturing him with a BBQ kebab. He did get a small piece though, so I wasn't being that mean.

Hi, Taggart, handsome sweety! I agree with chocolatepuppy --- you are so cute and it sounds like you and your people had a great day !

Edited to say I like all the pictures of you --but the very first one makes my heart skip a beat or two! Could you please have your people give you some petting and a big hug for me, because you've given me a huge today! (((HUG)))

hehe, thanks I really love the first photo too. He looks so serious and regal - even though that's totally not his personality!
