    Current Car/Dream Car(s)

I am currently in the market for my own car, and being a typical teenager I am not looking at practical cars at all but that's okay by me, and my dad He's a car dork. But anyway, I just thought I'd post a thread asking what you guys drive now and what you *want* to be driving hehe. I have alot of dreamies, which I hope will EVENTUALLY happen.

    Currently driving:
    XXXX
'02 Cs2, My sister and I thought the sharing a car thing would actually work out, funny how it doesn't.

2000 Lincoln LS, I LOVE this car but I don't get to use it that often. It's like driving a Mercedes. My dad will not part with it and get a new car, or else it'd be mine.
    Dream Cars:

2010 Hyundai Genesis in this exact color.

1980 Pontiac Firebird. I'd actually take a Firebird from any year but the 1980 has my particular interest.
    http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...28/hood003.jpg
Pontiac Trans Am from any year between 1978-2002 lol.

    2002 Firebird Collector's Edition

I of course can't forget the 1985 Pontiac Fiero GT or 2006 Pontiac GTO. If you haven't yet noticed, I am a Pontiac Fan.

So what cars do you have now? and which do you have an aching for?

I adore my Saturn Ion. So sad they are out of business My dream car is a Mini. Chocolate with Union Jack rear view mirrors. Or a Mazda Miata.

Actually the Blue Trans-am with the shaker hood is a 79 model. The Performance
(hehe) Trans-am for 1980 was a big joke. I had one the Indy Pace Car with 4.9
turbo. It was without doubt the worst car ever devised by GM and that is saying a lot considering all of the junk they put out.

I am driving my dream car. I'm such a practical person, it's disgusting. LOL
I'm driving a 2004 VW Jetta. I had wanted a Jetta for about 3 or 4 years before finally getting mine. I still LOVE my car to death! It's had its share of issues (I've put a pretty penny into it) but I love it.

I will be needing a new car here within a couple years. And I have no clue what I want. I know I want a small SUV. And if I still work where I am currently I will want a hybrid.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

My dream car is a Lamborghini; no way that will ever happen, but I just think they look so GOOOOD!

I am driving Carmine, my Barcelona Red Prius. I really do LOVE this car! And not just for the MPG's, either. They thought of everything when they designed it. It is a fun ride!

Prior to this, I was a Honda person. I had a Honda Civic Hatchback, "Blueberry," which I enjoyed very much. Then I had a black Honda Civic 2 door sedan, which I hated for the whole 8 years I had it. Just NOT comfortable to ride in at all.

My first car was a Chevy II Nova in black with a red interior & used. Now it is a granny car Buick La Sabre, 4 door with great comfort & it rides really nice down the road. Those sports cars are so neat & I like how they hug the road.

currently driving an 07 Cobalt coupe LT, but really really want a Malibu Maxx SS (no longer made). I need something with 4 doors and a hatch but I want something cool too. I like the new Ford Fiestas but they cost waaaaay too much for a 1.6L econo-box.

I've got an '05 Saturn Ion coupe. It's got the small rear doors that open backward. This is my third Saturn and probably my last .

My first car was a 1979 Dodge Omni with an AM radio and a four-speed manual transmission.

My dream car is either a Volvo (because they always get high safety ratings) or a Mini Cooper.

Edited to add: I forgot my dream dream car... Nash Metropolitan! My mom and dad have a neighbor down the alley who has one. It's so cute!

Something reliable, decent gas mileage and PAID OFF! That last one is the ticket for me. I drive a honda civic, 1999, with 175,000 smiles on it. I will get another one when this one says, "no more".

Cars are cars to me. Thankfully, as I can't afford anything else.

    Currently driving:

    - Renault Clio

    http://www.nextcar.com.au/n.renault....197.06mar.html

    - and my mother's Ford Focus (don't have any pictures of it on this laptop!)

    Now, for dream cars:

    - Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet, LOVE these little things.

Mercedes SLK Class. My dad drove a Mercedes for quite some time and he rates them over most other cars he's driven, so it's always been in the back of my mind to have one of my own at some point.

And if I make my first million or so ( ), I'd be very tempted to get an old Rolls Royce. Perhaps if I could get someone to tweak the old engine of something like this Phantom, I could drive about like Lady Muck.

I was always into having a Hummer. Then, however, when I learned how to drive, I relaised that I wouldn't stand a chance getting the great lump round a lot of the small town and village roads where I live! Some of the roads are based on old Medieval tracks and they are so narrow it's untrue. I have heard of Americans coming over and being petrified that oncoming cars will hit them because they are used to much wider roads.

I'm still driving the good ol' jeep. It is seriously the perfect vehicle for me... I never want to trade it for another. And it only goes up to 85mph, so it keeps me out of trouble!

I would love to have a '77 Trans Am just like the one in Smokey and the Bandit. My dad used to have one, but sold if for something more practical after my sister was born.

Oh, and I'll admit it... El Caminos are my guilty pleasure. Early 70s, preferably.

Well, at this exact moment, I still don't have my license , but if I did, I would be driving a 1989 Dodge Aries. I just found out that my grandpa is signing it over to my mom and then when I have a license and can afford insurance it will be mine .

If I could have anything though?

2010 Camaro, preferably yellow, but any color will do.

Late 1960s-Early 1970s Volkswagen Beetle. A convertible would be cool, but just a good old standard with a sunroof could work too.

1969 Camaro (This was what my mom's first car was, so jealous )

I'm a bit of a car nerd, probably because of my Dad lol.

I like that blue Camaro. I have a 2003 Toyota Matrix with over 150K on it and it still runs great. Because I have to schlep stuff around for my rescue, I'd really like a Toyota Tundra or other large pickup (but in diesel so I wouldn't have to take out a mortgage to fill it up.) My "if I won the Lotto" dream car is either a Jaguar XJ12 (I think) from the '60s, or a Lamborghini Diabolo.
