    WooT!!!!

    I just have to share...

We (my company) just inked a HUGE (for us) contract. It is the culmination of a 18 month process. With this, we have already exceeded our revenue goals for the year. It really is a milestone for our company. I am so proud of our people, because of them, this happened.

But, now... We have a LOT of work to do. LOL

    Thanks all!

This is not a personal brag either... Our team had just as much to do with this success as I did.

We are a technology company, but the actual technology is only a very small part of being successful in this business. The right people doing the right job is everything. I think it all goes back to the 'team building' exercise we conducted in the early spring. We all learned a LOT about each other nad how we work/behave. After that day we reorganized job roles. With the right person in the particular job role, not only do they get more satisfaction out of their work but the whole team benefits. It was like what a 'lean' consultant does, only with out firing anybody. LOL We turned weaknesses into strengths.

Now, we get to reap the benefits... Which is a little more money in the company coffers, a nice bonus at Christmas and a LOT more work to do. LOL

    Congratulations!!!

Now mark this thread; you may want the "boost" about mid way through the job, when it seems to be at a stand still.

    GREAT idea.

The planning phase will be interesting, (I like complex IP routing challenges) but the implementation phase will be EXHAUSTING LOL... Looking forward to the 'support' phase.

Congrats!!! I thought it was w00t!!!11!!

Awesome deal man. My work is still working into the "Team" oriented support for our clients, and as a Jr tech I wish our "Team" Leaders would grasp the concept quicker. Sounds like you got a great crew working for you.
